applause Checked out the chapel..

I finally got to check out the Chapel. I really like it. It's very small but very romantic. It's just the style I was going for. Only thing I'm worried about is the aisle is very narrow due to being so small and I hope my dress fits down it okay with me having a train LOL. We've got the reception pretty much planned out. We'll be having it at my FH's Grandparents house. Their house sits overlooking a lake and has huge windows in it so you can look out on it. It's beautiful there. It's only a few minutes from the chapel too so that's a plus!

And we have a time! 2pm. The chapel provides a bouquet and a cake. My bouquet will be pastel pink/purple/ivory and consist of daisies and roses. I can go buy the invitations now too! We're just doing the ones from Wal-Mart that you print yourself. We really are trying to keep this as simple as possible.

I tried my dress on again tonight. I really like it. My crinoline should be here by Friday (slow shipping on their part) so I plan on taking pictures then.

I really like this board btw. I really hope to get more active in it! Everyone seems so nice and helpful.

Yeah!!!

Is anyone walking you down the isle?

Just wondering how you'd work that if its really narrow... Your flowers sound lovely. Really pretty So do you get to pick out the style for the cake from scratch or do they have a selection for you to choose from? And have you picked out a design you like?

The reception site sounds wonderful... Can't wait to see some photos

It sounds like it will be absolutely lovely!! What will you be doing at FH grandparents' house--a sit down, buffet, cocktail party, or a cake thing? (I'm doing a party at home, too, so would love to share ideas.) And, yes, we're friendly! You WILL become addicted to this site, no question! Can't wait to see your dress pictures!!
