Default Bridesmaid at my sisters wedding

Hey everyone,

My sister is getting Married back home in NZ next February, we are going back and I am one of her bridesmaids. Just thought I would show you what we are wearing...

The dress is lovely and can be worn a variety or ways, the bow can be taken off and it has straps you can add, I think I'll wear mine with no bow and just strapless.

These are our shoes.

She wanted to get the dresses and shoes sorted early as it will be Summer in NZ in Feb, so best to get all the summer stuff over here now rather than wait.

That's a beautiful dress, with or without the bow.

It is very pretty, but I'm not a bow kind of person so I would scrap it, too.

Yeah they are having a Ocean / Travel theme so the dress is perfect I think, although a little too girlie for me. my sister is planning to wear a slinky silver dress and the boys will wear black suits, white shirts with blue ties to match the bridesmaids dresses.

The bonus they are paying for everything for us, dresses, shoes, hair, makeup!

I love the dress---very feminine and swishy when you move.

That dress is gorgeous. I would NOT do the bow because I'm not into bows.

Well we arent wearing that dress anymore, one of the other bridesmaids didnt like it.

We are still going to wear the shoes and have them already.

My sister has a designer friend in NZ who is going to make our dresses, we are going with the same colour of the other dress and she will chose the material then we get to chose from a number of different styles........ personally I think different bridesmaides dresses can just look messy, but I understand my sisters reasoning which is that all of her bridesmaids are different shapes and sizes and not all of us will suit the same style of dress
