Default another vow question...
do vows have to include our names? like-
I _____ take you ____ .....

I know we have said before that vows are whatever we want, but does that really mean whatever or are there things that have to be included to make them valid?

I don't know if it *has* to be said, but I think it's part of what the officiant says. He/She may have to say your names to acknowledge in the eyes of the law that is who he/she are marrying. I really don't know, but you could probably do a bit of research on MA marriage law to find out.
