My brother is getting married this weekend and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on something I could do at the reception to embarrass my brother a little and to give the guests a laugh?

Why not give a toast and talk about some event from your childhood?

When I got married last year, my little sister was my MOH. She gave a toast and brought up the fact that when we were kids, I used to literally toss her out of my room, and she'd slam into the hallway wall. I was slightly embarrassed and the guests thought it was funny.

I'm sure you have at least one cute/funny story from when you were kids.

hummm...there's a thin line between tacky and funny when it comes down to something like this. why don't you get a picture of him when he was a kid and blow it up. but get one of him when he has a goofy hair cut or wearing a dorky haloween costume it would be cute and get some laughs.
make it tastefull though you don't want a huge blowup picture of you brother who had a few drinks to many rolling across your lawn. keep in mind your the younger one and when it's your time to get married he might get you back and worse!...well i know brother would.

I agree. You definitely don't want to go over the top and over the line. I like both the toast and the photo ideas, but you'd have to remember to keep it light -- nothing his bride or others would be grilling him about later.

As a DJ one the fun toast we like to do is have the Bride and Groom stand facing each other hands to the side. Then ask the bride to place her right hand out in front of her palm down and ask the groom to place his right hand on top of hers. Then ask the bride to place her left hand on top of his and the groom his left hand on top of hers. Then ask the bride to look into the grooms eyes and tell him that she loves him then ask the groom to look into the brides eyes and tell her that he loves her. Then tell the groom to cherish this moment forever because it will be the last time he has the upper hand and the last word. Normally gets a pretty good laugh (especially from other married couples).

I thought the story my sister told about me at my reception (about how I used to literally toss her into the hallway wall when removing her from my room) was funny, slightly embarrassing, and NOT tacky or crude. My dad even got in on the act. When he gave his toast, he introduced himself as my father, the one who "fixed the hole in the wall that I tossed my sister through."

Funny!
