Default Would you use this?

Hello lovely ladies!
So, since Givenchy introduced their new "Phenomen'Eyes" mascara I have had my bridal clients asking me if I love it, do I use it and what I think of it. Since I haven't tried it out myself I thought I would open the floor to you gals and see if it's worth introducing into my bridal kit. Here is the mascara:

http://www.sephora.com/browse/produc...egoryId=C13919

Who's tried it and what do you think of it?

Whoa. I haven't used it, but the close-up of the brush on the webpage is really scary looking.

Sorry to be completely unhelpful.

Ditto! I'd be scared to get that thing near my eye!

LOL! I was like... c'mon, what can be scary about a mascara brush? But you guys are right. I would probably hurt myself with that thing.

Oh, I saw that reviewed in my Lucky magazine -- I heard it was awesome but haven't sprung for it myself. I'm up for anything that will make my sparse, short eyelashes look full, lol. If you do try it, please let us know how it goes!

Oh my gosh, that made me chuckle. Yeah it's kinda freaky looking, but I'd try it just out of curiosity. It's usually the off the wall type things that work the best. lol

That's sort of freaky-looking and I'd be afraid I'd put my eye out. However, if someone else was doing my make-up and they wanted to use something like that, I'd let them.

Default scary and messy looking

Wow that brush is scary and messy looking. But you never know until you try it. Maybe they can give you a free trial.

Haha, I concur with most of you ladies in that it looks like an anemone or something! I may contact Givenchy PR and see if I can get my hands on it and see how one would use if effectively (as of right now I'm not sure if you would roll it, rub it horizontally against the lashes or what). I will give you ladies a review of it soon. The mystery of it all makes me want to try it out ...like right now lol.

Okay, so I was intrigued and I went to my Sephora to try and get it, but alas, they don't have it in yet. Hopefully soon because I want to try it for the wedding. I always have the problem where everything in the middle looks all clumpy and the sides look nakey - so I have raccoons one place and nothing in the others

article on mascara's and it covers the crazy psycho wand.

Anyone ever try the one at the very end of the article that supposedly curls the lash too? (Exceptionnel De Chanel Mascara)

I realized I forgot to post my thoughts and findings on this mascara!

Here's the rundown:

*The brush is amazing, the mascara formulation leaves much to be desired.

I loved the way my lashes looked, so defined and thick and curled. However, the mascara smuged by the middle of the day and I had to constantly touch up underneath my eyes.

I think I will toss the mascara and wash and keep the brush to use with my favorite mascara...I may do the same for my bridal makeup kit as well.

Anyone have a review? Did you feel the same or did you love it?
