OMG that's gorgeous! I had bought a simple linen dress for my morning on the beach wedding. We'll see if I still want to wear it by the time I actually come close to getting married.

Oh Amy, you got so many beautiful pics of your dress! I'd seen them in the album online, but seeing them all together like that is great! You photos turned out so well!

Amy, did your dress have pink on it? It looks like it, but my screen could just be strange. Either way, I love it!

Red face

Most of you know how I feel about these photos but here are the pics from my trials... It was actually sold as an ivory bridesmaids dress & saved me a fortune!

For the benefit of any newer members, I freaked out after seeing these pics (& the ones before these that're even worse) so I've been on a diet ever since. I'll get round to taking new pics me in it soon, maybe after I get a hair trial. I hated the pics coz I looked like one big fat blob, but at least I've done something about it!

You can even tell in your avatar that you've lost a lot of weight. Congratulations!

Thank you Vic!

What's really nice is that people are starting to notice, even guys I know from the bar I work at & you know how long it normally takes before they'll comment! I've got a bit of a way to go yet but I've lost 18lbs so far.

Default I haven't picked yet

or even tried them on, for that matter...but these are the ones that interest me.

I think this one is neat because of the ruffle, but I hesitate...because of the ruffle.

This one is so pretty, I hate that it's pictured against a white background. I like the three rosettes on the back here.

This is the front of that last dress.

And this one is my favorite. I love the scalloped top and the detail at the waist.

Amy, your wedding dress is so beautiful.

This is the front of that last dress.

This was my 2nd choice. Did not choose it bc it was strapless and I kept thinking I had arm pit fat! I believe this was Rose's dress though (her 2nd choice was my choice).

Complicated - I love the 2nd dress. The front is so simple elegant and then the back has a little surprise.

Here's me in the sample dress. It's MS Olympia. All I wanted was something very simple and I think I got it.

Here's the top of my dress. The straps are three cords that braid together and then there is the beading.

The bottom is an A-line dress with a chiffon layer over the top and blizzard beading around the bottom.

*sigh* I do love to look at wedding gowns...

Complicated, LisaMarie got it right, that second dress you posted was my dress. I loved it. D'uh, it had roses on it, so I *had to* love it, right? I had to have them add a modesty panel because I'm a little top-heavy, IYKWIM... but I felt like a million bucks wearing that dress! And LisaMarie's dress was my very close second choice, I really loved that dress too and loved the way it looked on me.

So pretty! And I really like the color.

Yes, it was ivory with rum pink on it. It wasn't so much pink but like a champagne-ish kind of pink.

Thank you Ann! I really do LOVE my pictures. They turned out AMAZING, if I do say so myself. I just find myself staring at them all the time.

Cadash...that looks almost exactly like my dress!!! Except mine has a chiffon overlay. But it is ruched (sp?) on the side and has a corset back. I'm trying it on this Thursday, but there is a picture of my dress in a post I made above. They look a lot alike to me...I guess the shape and style basically.

Hmmmm, everyone is telling me that I have to wait to get my alterations done. I really want to get them now but I'm worried that I'll lose or gain weight. Maybe I'll do it after Christmas. My weight stays pretty regular.
