these were on my photographer's blog and i happend to just be peeking on his website to see if he'd gotten our slideshow done...
this is us right before or first kiss.
this is when we went outside and got serenaded by a street performer
a memphis trolley passing us by

That photographer you booked is fantastic  Your's are just as impressive as the rest of his work, so happy they turned out well! Bet you're chuffed

oooh, y'all are making me smile in a huge way over here!!!! i really, really fellin love w/ my photographer's stuff on the internet (he is from AR, about 4 hrs from memphis), and i just *had* to have him.. then we spoke on the phone and he was so personable. rickey had his doubts, but after the wedding said he thought he liked his style. i'm so glad you like my pitiful offering to appease the photo gods, but i cannot wait to show you more!!! he's supposed to have a slideshow ready, and those are basically his favorite pics from the wedding (about 20 shots, i think) for me to email to family/friends... so as soon as i get those, you all will see them, rest assured!!! and then i can't wait to browse thru and pick MY faves!!!! anyway, yall are too sweet....

margie, sometimes i actually forget i'm pregnant, except not having a period. at first i thought i was going to *die* from the nausea, but then one morning i woke up and it was gone... blessed relief!!! the bad thing (don't yell at me!!!) is i still haven't visited my OB and i'm probably beginning my 2nd trimester about now. we still aren't completely sure when we concieved, and now that i work at a dr's office where an OB actually works, and i get free office visits, you'd think that i could see the dr, but noooo, my boss is such a tight-wad. she pretty much had a hissy fit when i told her i was pregnant, and implied that i better not allow my work to suffer. and all patients come first, meaning that i can't book an appt w/ the OB til he sees his daily patients, and he always stays full!! the great news, tho, is that rickey learned pregnancy isn't considered a pre-existing condition for his work's insurance, so i'm now covered by his policy. as soon as i get my new card, i'm going straight to my boss and telling her i'm long overdue for a visit, and it can be at our office or another, and if she has a problem w/ it, then i may quit. it really isn't worth the stress to either rickey or me. he is making enough money that we both planned on quitting when i delivered, but if that gets cut short a few months, i think we will be all right. if i am about ten weeks, that means we'll be able to hear the baby's heartbeat, right??? that just makes my stomach flip thinking about it! i gained a lot of weight at first, but now i'm pretty much leveling off (tho feeling fatter and fatter!!), and rickey is spoiling me to death!!! so, in way too many words, i think i am doing fine, but i'm beginning to really feel the need to see a doc, just ot make sure. now that the wedding is over, i feel like i can actually bask in being a mommy, and i'm very much looking forward to it! we are thinking of not knowing the gender of the baby, but rickey is absolutely conviced that it is a girl, so we will see!!!
anyway, thank you so much for asking!!! now go read my other pregnancy post!!!
