Do you have any experience with any of the wedding planning people/companies in the USVI (not from a hotel)? We are looking at a few and appreciate both negative and positive feedback you can provide. Thank you.

Yes, we do have a lady that we use down in that area for the past couple of year. I would love to give you the information via this forum but I do not have her permission to give out her email address in a public place. Why don't you email me at lindsay@tripsdowntheaisle.com for her information.

Over the 10 years of doing destination weddings we have had a few weddings at villas in the US Virgin Islands which she has done a great job. You have to be careful of places outside of the resorts because many are starting to put rules in place. To be honest, some "parties" have not taken good care, which made them change the rules. This goes for public areas along with private villas. Many we have to get special permission to have a wedding at their place. So please keep that in mind when you are looking at doing a private wedding there.
