My Birthday was on a friday and my parents were going to take me out to dinner for my birthday, so when i got home, i was ready to go, since i was hungry. Then my mom told me that my brother wanted to go, so we had to wait until he got home from work. He gets off at six. Once he got home, my mom said she wanted to watch what the weather was going to be like for the weekend, which come on around 6:20, meanwhile me and my brother are complaining we're starving. After the weather comes on, she's all your sister is almost finished with her homework, 5 more minutes. I then get a phone call from my boyfriend. He said that he was outside, of course i didn't beleive him, and he kept on telling me to go check I told him that if i went out, and he wasn't there i was going to get really mad, for getting my hopes up. He kept insisting i go check, so of course i open the door, and what do i see. Nothing. So i tell him that he's so mean for getting my hopes up, and he's like you're not outside, and i said yes i am (i was near the door) he's all you actually checked, and i said yes i checked, you told me to. He said "yeah, but i didn't think you would." My mom then tell me to get back inside, because i looked like a crazy woman outside. She asked why i was yelling, and i told her that raul said he was outside, and she said why would he be there. so she finally says let's go, so we're walking out, and i see him, i was so surprised, because i honestly did not expect to see him there. (he live in an hour and a half away from me, so i didn't see the point of making him drive here just for the evening.) We had already planned to see each other on saturday instead, which we still did. So of course once i see him i start crying, because i'm so happy, and cuz i'm a baby like that. Apparently he called my mom that afternoon, and told her that he was going to show up, that's why she was stalling so much. So me and my boyfriend end up going to chilis, and my family went to Denny's. Once we got to chilli's, i was looking for some tissue. I was sitting in the passenger seat, the door was open, and we was standing next to me. He asked me what i was looking for, and i said "tissue". He said the didn't think he had any, and i was said, that he had to. So he said he was going to check if he had some in the back, but came back with a little box wrapped up instead, and asked me to open it. So i start unwrapping it, and then i open the box, and there was the ring box. i take out the box, and then he takes it out of my hand. He opens it up, and asks me "Michelle, will you marry me?" Of course i said yes, and i start crying even more. We then get out to go inside the restaurant, (That's where he asked me to be his girlfriend) i looked like a mess, because he really didn't have any tissue, but i didn't care, i was so happy. Still am. I can't wait until i become Mrs. Medina.

Thanks everyone. We got engaged on November 4th. I am so excited and nervous at the same time. i just bought my dress 3 weeks ago. I bought it 2 sizes smaller for motivation to loose weight. I hope it works. LOL.
