Florist never emailed me back
Hi everyone!!!! i emailed my florist about the possibility of "complimentary cake flowers" or "what flowers would she suggest"... she never emailed me back! should i let it die or email her again? i think its kind of crappy she didnt even respond. she could have said no in a nice way if that's the case
Gina
UPDATE: um, yes, we did sign the contract just a few days before i emailed her.
i re-emailed her and she said she would include the flowers on the cake...

I wouldn't be sure how to take the fact that she hasn't answered you at all. For me, this would be a big red flag telling me that maybe I need to find another vendor (I can't remember if you signed a contract with her or not).

I wouldn't get in touch again. If a vendor in which I was interested didn't respond to an e-mail within a week, I wouldn't go to them again.

They obviously didn't want you business that bad. She should be trying to get your business.
Not responding to someones call/email is one WAY to loose business.
What if you do hire her and she doesn't "respond" on your wedding day.

That's exactly what I was going to say.
Did you pay a deposit yet? If not, it should be easy to get out of the contract and go somewhere else.

Hi,
I can't speak for your florist, but we respond to our e-mails several times daily. Even so, our brides sometimes do not receive our e-mails.
After a little searching, most brides find the e-mail in their "spam" or "deleted" folder. Unfortunately, some ISP's have spam filters that are a little over zealous and dump the wrong e-mails (especially AOL and yahoo).
Hope that helps.
