Welcome to Pash!
Royal blue is my favorite color! Really, you could do almost anything with blue--you could use shades of blue/purple (like irises, hydrangeas...), use all white flowers, bright yellows (roses, tulips, irises, daffodils, daisies), deep reds, or shades of pink...they'd all look good against royal blue. It's practically a neutral, as far as it's ability to work with flower shades.
Do you have any favorite flowers? Maybe start there, and see what shades those come in...

What season are you getting married in? That will help you decide on what type of flowers will be available to you! It can also help with your colors! I love royal blue! I can't wait to hear more about it!

Welcome to Pash! I would stick with flowers within your color palate, although NovGal is right, anything would go with royal blue. IDK what you had in mind already, but here are some pics of bouquets within the colors you posted. HTH!
Some subtle blue...
This one is of a preserved bouquet, but you get the idea...
And this is my favorite. I love blue roses and I think they'd look soooo pretty against a white dress.

My wedding was the same color you're looking for, but my florist kept telling me there's no such thing as blue roses....I know I've seen them before but she kept telling me there wasn't. So I went with white roses (white carnations for teh wedding party), freesia, blue delphinium and greenery. I'll post a pic if I can find it.

Thank you all so much for the warm welcome. I love your guys' ideas so far. And yes there is no such thing as a "true" blue rose. They are either silk or where orginally a white rose that was soaked in blue food coloring and water...lol. I was thinking of just doing white calla lillies but I want a little more color and something to pop against my dress. Here are some pictures:
This is my dress:
And then here are some ideas for bridesmaid dresses which one do you guys think?
See you all soon.

I'm not thrilled about the bullseye effect, but I gave the florist full control over what to do.
The freesia is the white rim of flowers on the outer edge, they're very fragrant.
