Default complimentary cake flowers?

I have heard that sometimes when you book with a florist, they will throw in complimentary flowers to go on/around the cake. I just booked my florist... we are only spending about $1,100 because we don't need centerpieces.

Is it too late to ask for these complimentary flowers since i already booked? Can i email them about this? I feel so awkward asking over the phone...

also, do you think the florist might say yes or am i wasting my time?
Thanks!

It's worth a try!!! It can't hurt!! I'm sure that they wouldn't have a problem doing so!

Worth a try!!! I think that considering the amt of money you spent with them they should be willing to throw in some flowers!

It never hurts to ask...the worst your florist can say is no.
