I chose a hat with attached veil as I wanted it to be different than my first wedding...but it's your wedding and you can do whatever you like...and by all means announce your engagement.

I would definately do the engagement notice, and probably the veil if I wanted to!!!!

you are entitled to all the benefits that a first time bride is entitled to. by all means do as you like. its your wedding. announce your engagement, wear a veil if you like, wear white iy you like. its your day

I wore a crystal headband looking thing, and candlelight colored dress, but it did have a really neat sweep train. I think it's pretty much "anything goes" for 2nd weddings now. Do whatever feels comfortable to you!
