Questions for Reception Hall

I skimmed through the treads on here, but I was hoping that you ladies would be able to bail me out with this one.

I am getting ready to book a reception hall, and I would like to know what questions I should be asking before I do so. Can you think of anything that wasn't specified in your contract that you wish really was? Are there certain things that I should be looking out for along the way? It's just such a big chunk of money and I want to make sure that I am getting what I need to get.

Here are a few things you might want to ask:
When can I decorate?
Will someone be there to open/do I need a key?
Are any decorations not allowed?...use of tape, tacks, confetti,candles?
Smoking allowed?
Food preporation areas/supplies? (if needed)
Is there an occupancy limit?
Tables & chairs?...provided, rented, number?
Noise limits? (if having a band/dance)
Drinking?...Open bar?...Cash bar?...Set ups?...Keg?...Alcohol brought in?
Clean Up?...provided? extra fee?
