Jewish Wedding-Rabbi?

Hi all,

We are having a small destination wedding in the Caribbean. We would like a rabbi to officiate or co-officiate at the ceremony. There is a rabbi in St. Thomas USVI but he will not perform an interfaith ceremony. He thinks he is the only rabbi in the Caribbean. Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone know of any rabbi closer to the area? We can fly in a rabbi but are trying to avoid the expense. If anyone knows of a recommendation-perhaps a rabbi who will charge only a fee or very little in travel expenses, also greatly appreciated!!

Have you been calling the wedding hotlines to find out about resorts that have a Rabbi?

For example you might want to call the Sandals Resort bridal hotline (1-877-Sandals) and ask them the questions. They were very helpful when I called them.
