Where are you having the wedding and where is the reception? Is the reception site already decorated or painted in colors in which red and black will work?
I saw a decorating show where the groom wanted a Vegas-themed reception, and it was done in blue, black and silver, with a touch of red only in the giant playing cards which were the columns that held the flowers. The tableclothes were black with silver overlays alternating with silver tablecloths with black overlays. The centerpieces were large square boxes painted to look like dice, with blue and silver flowers. The chargers were the color of the tableclothes and the plates were the color of the overlay.
There was a giant Roulette Wheel with numbers, but instead of the "even/odd" and "red/black" slots, there were hearts. If a guest wanted the newly-weds to kiss, then the guest would come up and spin the Roulette wheel. If it landed on a heart, the newly-weds would kiss.

Our main colors were black and white, and we had red and silver accent colors.

I might add gold to what you already have, but that's it - those colors have a great dramatic effect and you don't want to overdo it.

I would go with red, gold, white and black.
If you REALLY want to get "Vegas", go with Red, Green, and Blue with white and black accents...red/green/blue are the colors of chips, etc

OK so I am not a gambler .... what colours are poker chips? I might be tempted to use those colours as accents here and there.

Wow Vegas!! Nice choice. Your wedding will surely be a unique one.
Add more glittery stuff and feathery stuff all around to add to the whole feel of the theme.
