Default New M&M question
We bought the little organza bags that are 4x6. We are going to buy m&m's to put in them. What I am wondering, is how many to buy - does anyone know how many M & M's I need to fill about 150 of them???

Get a one pound of M&Ms from the grocery store and fill as many of your bags as you can- just so you get an idea of how full you want them to be. Then it's just basic math -
(number of bags filled) x (weight of 1 bag of M&Ms) = how much you need.

OK - I finally did it - and.... a one pound bag of M&M's will fill 7 of the organza bags a little over 1/2 way.

So, I bought 40 bags of M&M's during Valentine's Day and that should do it!!!!
