What to do?
OK- I was reading some of the flower threads..and I started thinking. WTH am I going to do for colors??? I let my cousin pick the color of her dress- she the MOH. http://www.davidsbridal.com/mother_o...5&prodgroup=59 I'm pretty sure this is it. It's beautiful on her. (LOL- made me think twice about letting her wear it!!!) It's backless, and you can't wear a bra with it. So the bridesmaids are going to wear another dress, as one is not comfortable with not wearing a bra- can't say I blame her. (we haven't picked it yet) were hoping for a gold color to match the brown.
Here comes the question... what colors should the flowers be?? I'm scared it's not going to look nice

I think a fall palette would look beautiful with that color. If you wanted to stick with one color, a deep red would look beautiful.
ETA: That IS a sexy dress! My little sister tried it on when we were shopping for the MOB dress. She's 5'10, perfect c cup, hourglass figure - I wanted to kick her ass right off of that dress platform and shove her into a mirror.

Any fall colors, such as gold, yellow, orange, terra cotta, rusty red will look great with the brown and gold.

I think that bright fall colours, burnt oranges, golds and reds could work really well.
If I remember correctly this first pic is actually of artificial flowers...

or how about :

But my personal choice with that dress (and gold for your other BMs) would be creams with a touch of pale pink... some thing like this...
BTW: You can get a whole stack of ideas from here, they tend to be really expensive but no one says you have to buy it, just pinch the idea

Wow! That dress is gorgeous!! I agree with what the other ladies said--rusts and oranges. Or maybe cream colors, too,

I like the idea of creams and light pinks . Sounds very pretty. Oh, and that is a beautiful dress. LOL I know what you mean about the girls. My sister is a perfect little size 2. When we bought her BM dress, it was a size 0, I think. I wanted to knock her out !! Maybe not shove her into a mirror ( that's 7 years of bad luck LOL) but something like that!!

When I seen the dress first thing I thought of was cream flowers. I love the dress! Can't wait to see pictures of her in it...

Very nice!
I think if you are going for a more subdued palette, the creams would be lovely. Or for a more dramatic flair the oranges, rusts etc would be great!

My first thought was something more subtle. Creams and a soft peachy or golden beige would be so pretty with that dress and the other gold dresses.
That dress is stunning... I wish I could get away with NO bra (HA!!!!!, not since I was like 10)

I would go with subtle tones too. IMO that dress looks like an evening dress so going with creams would work or dark reds.
I got the same reaction from my FMIL with my dress. I usually go with a 5 but managed a size 2 for my dress. She didn't say anything about throwing me into the mirror but she kept going on about how beautiful I looked, how jealous she was, and how much she hated me for being "so small and perfect"

Gosh- I love all of those bouquets! Especially the one from your wedding bebe!! They are just fabulous! Thanks for the ideas!!! I really love the dramatic look in pictures, but the ceremony is in the afternoon (2:30) I wonder if I should go with the creams for the girls... like the picture ann posted, 5th one down. And if I DO go with creams- would it look funny to have the red/rusty bouquet for myself? Perhaps I should have the girls holding the rusty bouquets..... but then can I still have the rusty bouquet?? I wish someone else would make these decisions for me
ETA: LMAO @ shoving your sister into the mirror! I was agitated too- I heard the girls near us say "WOW- look at the body on that girl, what I wouldn't give..." But I didn't shove her!!! LOL
