Default Online Dress shops

The thought of buying wedding dresses online scares me, but all this stress from my OOT bridesmaids is causing me to consider otherwise. Have any of you ordered your BM's dresses online? Any recommendations?

I ordered mine online but it was off the peg so there wasn't the issue of getting all the measurement sent in. I was fine with it but (like LJ ) I do quite a lot of shopping online... The only thing that concerned me was the fit but I ordered it in 2 sizes and got them to collect the one that didn't fit as well. It would have been a bigger PITA if I had more than one BM.

A lot of people order there dresses on line. A good thing to do first is to try on a few and see what kind of style u like best. My mother made mine but I did go try on a few b-4 we picked out what it would look like. Make sure the site is for real and not someone just taken money. Most places will allow C.O.D it's not a bad thing when ordering something like this. Plus make sure u can return it if it don't fit or u don't like it...

I would just be afraid to order a dress w/out trying it on...although I guess you could probably find the same dresses in a boutique or something.

I am SO going to sound like I'm getting commission from these people....I am not, much to my chagrin!

www.weddingdressonline.com

I bought my wedding dress off them and it was perfect. They have a selection of BM dresses too. You can check measurements etc..OR they can tailor make one for you for a slightly higher price.

They were really good at answering emails and got me my dress in under a week as it was in stock.

We ordered my F-step daughter her flower girl dress from there- it was $35! And it is adorable!

OMG Claire I just checked out that like and the prices are incredible!
Can't believe it! Wish I had know about it before I got mine...

(we're going to sound like we're in on the commission together now )
