DIY Project: Shadow Box

Shadow Box

Materials:

• Black picture frame (any size) I used 8x10 from Michaels. It's a thicker frame.
• White photo mat
• Piece of Black construction paper
• Copy of your favorite Poem or saying
• 4 small pieces of foam *i used the green floral foam and colored it black w/ marker
• Scissors
• Glue

Instructions

1. Glue a copy of your favorite poem on top of the piece of black construction paper.~

2. Place a small piece of black foam in each of the 4 corners on the black construction paper. *This will give it a 3-D effect*

3. Glue the white photo mat to foam pieces on construction paper.

4. Place in the black frame like you would a picture.

Now you should have a cheap and beautiful shadow box.
