CD Favor

Materials:
- CD Jewel Case
- Blank CDs
- CD Labels
- 8.5" x 11" paper (I like matte paper)
- Graphics program to design your labels and CD jacket (I use American Greetings CreataCard or Photoshop Elements)
- Ribbon, optional
Instructions:
Instructions for CD:
Burn your favorite songs onto blank CDs
Design your CD label (include your names, date and list of songs)
Print CD label and affix to your CD
Place finished CD onto hub
Decide on your Jacket Layout First:
Cut out a piece of paper 9.5"L x 4.75"H and fold it in half lengthwise
Place the paper into the CD cover, then remove & note which sides face in/out
Sketch/write the layout of your design
(My layout):
Front of cover - bride & groom's picture, names & date (section 2)
Back of cover - reception program (section 1)
Left Inside of cover - bridal party names, pictures, info (section 3)
Right Inside of cover - special thank yous (section 4)
Instructions for CD Jacket:
In your graphics program, change paper orientation to landscape (total design area is 9.5"L x 4.75"H)
Using your sketched layout as a reference, design section 1 & section 2
Print it out
Flip the paper over and put it back into your printer
Design section 3 & section 4
Print it out
Fold the finished jacket and place it into the CD cover
Tie a ribbon around for a classy look
