Are we supposed to wait for the expert to answer?

I thought this forum was like the makeup one, where the question didn't show up until the expert posted it with her answer. If not, I think we are supposed to wait for her, but this is the first time it's been used. I'd have forgotten too!

Does the question need to be reposted?

Our cateriring expert, Amy, is using PartiesToGo as her member name.

Yeah, I know , but I think Steve's thread on how to use this forum is that the questions are queued and then answered by the moderator and then "released", then we can post. It doesn't look like the question queued properly.

ETA: or maybe she released it and didn't answer?

Heather,

Do you possibly have PartiesToGo on your ignore list? She did post an answer to Josali's question. It's the second post in the thread "Shoud you." I'm thinking maybe you can't see it as PartiesToGo may be on your ignore list.

I've moved the posts relating to this issue from the "Should You" thread to this current thread so as not to get off-topic in the former thread.

I only see the response from "joyousone" as well-no other responses show for me. And I don't have anyone on my ignore list...ghost in the machine?

Thanks for pointing this out for me. I'll take a look into it. Anyone other than Denise and I able to see PartiesToGo's answer in http://www.pashweddings.com/weddingf...ad.php?t=11013?

Ok, I've corrected the problem. It looks like Amy answered the question before she approved the question, thus necessitating her to approve her answer as well, which she didn't do. Thus, only the moderators of the forum (namely Amy, Denise and me) could see her answer. Sorry about the confusion. And thanks again for bringing this to my attention.

This website isn't set up for the purpose of teaching people how to be caterers. This website is for brides who are planning their weddings.
