Default Make Up to stand the test of times

I am really leaning twords a Beach wedding and I have thought long and hard about one particular thing. My makeup. It seems to very humid in Texas and if I do a beach wedding the sun will also be a factor. Please help me find a make up that will last throught the night and also not give me the shiny forhead look. I want to start testing them now so when the time comes I am ready to go.

Hi Mary,
Congrats on your upcoming wedding! As far as makeup staying in a hot and humid beach, I will give you my top three picks:

1) Makeup For Ever Velvet Matte Plus (www.sephora.com)
This dries very matte and there is zero shine. Love it for when you want a very matte look. This comes in a liquid form and "dries" to a matte powdery finish.

2) Merle Norman Luxiva Lasting Foundation (www.merlenormancosmetics.com)
Very similar to the Makeup Forever Matte Plus, but is slightly less matte and has a "silkier" feel as it goes on. This contains SPF, so you will need to test this out beforehand.

3) RCMA color process foundation (www.camerareadycosmetics.com)
A cream foundation that is 50% pigment and gives a nice matte finish. Because this is a cream, I have found that it goes on best with a Japonesque foundation brush (also sold at the same website) without being thinned down. You can e-mail Mary and send her a picture of you, and she will send you a color perfectly matched to your skin.

If anyone else has any shine-free foundations that have used and love, please post!
