I havent used any of the vendors you have listed, but I would check each one out with the better business people and thier (the vendors) local chamber of commerce. I would also ask them if you could talk to any other customers that they have had. And I would definately make sure of their deposit policy to see how much you would be out if you have to postpone the ceremony due to weather, illness, etc. That is one of the first things I check when I start looking at a vendor.
