It’s so gorgeous, you can just eat it!

Delicious Party arrangement

I haven’t bought one… yet but these edible arrangements look mouth-watering!  Arrangements of pineapple daisies, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe and honeydew.  I am desperately thinking of an upcoming event that would justify me whipping out my plastic and purchasing a tasty bouquet!  http://www.ediblearrangements.com

Tar-jhay!

I *heart* Target!  I’ve shopped at Target since the 6th grade while living in Texas.  Target opened up here on the island not more than 10 years ago.  The merchandise and packaging has changed over the years and for the better!  I will pay an extra $1 for something because of its packaging.  I kid you not.  I’m a sucker for beautiful wrapping, unusual containers, gorgeous ribbon and an eye-catching color palette.  My latest find was in the stationery aisle.  I found the cutest chocolate brown and pink post-it notes from the ever stylish design doyenne, Anna Griffin (love her!), for $4 buckaroos.

Cousin’s Wedding

My cousin is getting married this weekend and I offered to design her wedding favors.  Check this out… her colors are chocolate brown and pale pink (very popular color combo these days).  I bought chocolate-flavored fortune cookies (I’ll post the link to their website after the wedding if I find that the cookies taste good!) and each will contain a custom fortune saying that I came up with.  I’m going to place the chocolate fortune cookie on a bed of shredded pink paper all within my 1/2 pint Chinese Takeout Containers.  Then, I’m wrapping the box in chocolate brown ribbon and slapping a personalized pink and brown Bridal Label (in the Persimmon Flower design) on the front.  I’ll be sure to post pictures of the final product some time next week.

Welcome to the Wedding Blogs/Day 1

Today is the first day of the Pash Wedding Blogs.  Hopefully, this new feature will be another avenue for wedding couples to gather helpful information needed to achieve their wedding day bliss. We’ll have journal entries of brides-to-be and newlyweds, as well as tidbits of information from other authors.  If you have any suggestions, I’d love to hear them!  I hope you enjoy this new feature.
