Cascade: A bouquet that spills downward into a sweeping collection of greens and flowers.

Composite: The creation of multiple flowers or petals wired together to resemble an oversized flower.

Posy: A smaller version of a nosegay.

Presentation: A collection of long-stemmed flowers, tied together and held in one arm.

Tossing bouquet: A smaller version of the bride’s bouquet, used if you’ll toss a bouquet to the single ladies.

Tussy mussy: A posy carried in a small, metal vase.
